"What once used to be quick, tasty, and an in-out kind of restaurant has turned into the slowest joint on the planet. The only reason I 'm writing this review and not letting it slip by as a one off is because the the same thing happened TWICE. We weren 't hoards of difficult to manage groups, we were just 3 people and in both visits, our second order never arrived!! The restaurant wasn 't packed with a queue outside or anything either. Most tables around us waited for service for ages, the food took forever too, and the second orders never arrived! The person who 's order didn 't arrive got so tired of waiting that they didn 't even bother to ask for it and just preferred to share food with us. The bill showed that we were still charged for those orders that never made it to our table. And on being told about this error, the waitresses both times just shrugged, said sorry, and whisked the bill away to adjust the price. That 's it! No 'would you like something else? ', 'can we pack it for you? ' or other normal reactions you 'd expect in a restaurant. Germany isn 't known for its customer service but this was definitely the worst I 've experienced from the service industry in the past 4 years of living here!!! Pizza Hut, you 're an American FAST FOOD joint, irrespective of your location, live up to your name please."

At any time a pleasure. I love pizza with cheese on the edge. However, there are also flexible staff, which can organize a table even in spite of strong utilization while Corona. We then sat at a table for 6. So here we as a guest were more important than a possible business with successors. It must be hospitality.

Nice and friendly staff where it is obviously striving to feel comfortable and again making a visit to this restaurant is also great and tastes good again and again for customer requests is also taken into consideration and if as far as possible also satisfies look here many years over and over again if I am hungry sometimes it can be that it is somewhat crowded but currently rather can not be eaten spontaneously hope this restaurant still stays long in this location
