"At my last phone call, pizza was good. But at the delivery oh there the delivery man had misplaced pizza in his bag, resulting in the pizzas half twisted, the dégoulinating cardboard sauce. A disaster. Apparently on the phone the delivery man was not very welcoming, and arrived at the urgent home to leave. In this case he could have made me free of charge my order in the state what was !!! Disappointed"

Sauce for forgotten entry, meat for changed pizza, modified drink, and dessert changed... it's a lot for one order... knowing that it's not the first time they change drinks/desserts without warning. Disappointed...

We made an order at 7:30 p.m. on the site for a scheduled delivery around 8 p.m. At 20:30, we call to know where our order is: it comes!! 20H50 still no pizza!!! They had JUSTE placed our order to carry and not in delivery... cold pizza delivered at 9:05

I order by phone to take away, it depends on the person the reception is poor. Bad coordination with the pounders and their superior. Because at my last order there was a lack of respect for the client on the part of the deliveryman. He was in fault, so that's why I write bad coordination.
