"ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides and bottle pepsi as part of a food deal when the order was delivered, I noticed that 1 of the pizzas was wrong, I called them up, told them what was wrong and with in 20 minutes I had the right pizza and also a free tub of magnum eis. the customer service was super and when I first informed them about the error, they could not apologize enough, the workers of bearsden are a credit for the company and the pizzas were loaded with topping, they can not recommend very good enough."

pizza was delicious and the desired changes were before location service was fast, driver was pleasant. with the pizza hat app we have 50% free.

Went in half an hour before they closed and the staff hid in the back until 5 to 11 to then come out and tell us that they weren’t taking any more orders. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love the hot n spicy chicken strips with sweet chilli dip and the Super Supreme pizza...Mmmmmmmmmm Delish. Ordered online and delivered to your door within 35 minutes. Well done Bearsden Pizza Hut.

new computer system grounded and our order cancelled that the load was closed. I drive from work to house, found it open and called to ask what was going on. manager and other employees could not have been more helpful and apologetic and offered a discount and the order there and then made for me. no stress, no stress and a great customer service. 10/10 and happy new year for them all.

Ordered food online, waited for an hour and a half and finally called the Bearsden branch to ask the status of the order. We were told that they can't deliver the pizzas ordered as they don't have any drivers! Spoke to the manager Alex who had no clue how to cancel the order! There was no supervisor available to speak to. So we have now paid online with no pizzas getting delivered! Save your money and time and don't bother to order food from here...
