"hallo ! wir waren heute nach längerer Zeit nochmal im Zapfhahn essen! um 17 Uhr einen Tisch bestellt mit dem Hinweis das es das geburtstagsessen meiner Tochter ist da sie heute Geburtstag hat! der Tisch wurde telefonisch bestellt und es hieß dann wir lassen uns was einfallen als kleine Überraschung! wir waren die ersten Gäste dort und die Bedienung sagte uns erstmal das es erst ihr 3. Arbeitstag ist...aber wir dachten ok...kein Problem! die getränkebestellung dauerte 10 Minuten..dann vergingen wieder 15 Minuten eh die Speisekarte kam ! mitlerweile waren weitere 2 Tische besetzt dann kam der Salat und 10 Minuten später das Essen..bis dahin war alles ok ! draussen waren auch mitlerweile 2 Tische besetzt und drinnen mit uns 5 Tische! also nicht die Hütte voll ! meine Tochter bat darum das restliche Schnitzel einzupacken...klar..gebt mir noch 1 Minute! aus der einen Minute wurden dann 20 Minuten..meine Enkelin 20 Monate wurde auch schon unruhig und wenn ich nicht gesagt hätte sie soll doch jetzt bitte endlich das essen einpacken hätten wir wahrscheinlich noch viel länger da gesessen sie kam dann mit dem essen ..schnitzel nur alufolie drum nix worauf das Schnitzel gelegt wurde ..nur Folie! ich war entsetzt ! Überraschung zum Geburtstag gab es auch nicht ! die speisekarte hatte sich auch zum letzten mal etwas verkleinert und Desserts gab es nur gemischtes Eis!! wir waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht...viel Geld bezahlt und dann sowas ob wir uns das nochmal antun weiss ich nicht ..aber wenn drinnen 5 Tische und draussen 3 besetzt sind und dann von voller Hütte gesprochen wird finde ich das schon krass! schade ...echt schade"

"I've been thinking about writing an evaluation since last night, and that's actually my first, but the anger we've been experiencing is still outweighing. We agreed with 2 couples as my husband and I know and appreciate the pizzeria from previous visits. It is centrally located for us, coming from the Mechernicher area and friends from Aachen. We had set ourselves to a joint beautiful evening that took an abrupt end in which we were politely complimented out, as the table was forgiven again after us. That's all of us and we're all close to the 60 years old, nowhere else happened and we all find that unacceptable. There will be no further visit. Here it would be advisable to rethink the concept and perhaps to work with guests in advance known time slots. Short feedback: The wording at the table was whether it was possible for us to go because the table is occupied again. As far as the invitation is concerned, it was probably the conclusion of Limocello that, so far, I went out of experience, generally offered. That is quite different, we could find at a restaurant in the Eifel with fewer seats. The owner was bagged in any way, only the flood, then the Provisional was destroyed by the storm and the top of Corona. Moreover, it is not a question of lack of understanding but of the way. If it had been clear from the outset, the last paragraph in the contribution of origin, a situation would be quite avoidable."

"We have eaten there some time ago and I can bring my conclusion to the beginning: MORE!!! Inside we were not because the weather was nice and we decided to sit outside. Apart from the fact that the outdoor area was quite old baked and dirty, the plastic chairs were not very welcoming and the tables partially broken. So much for the equipment and now for the operation. The lady who served us obviously didn't know how ordinary greetings like good day or what can I bring you? She was quite unfriendly and put the cards on the table without words and accepted the beverage order. After almost 10 minutes we finally got the drinks. It took a long time, though we were alone at that time!!! All the evil were Cola and Sprite without carbonic acid and my glass rim was dirty. Now we were asked what we wanted to order. My friend took a carving and our two companions chose a pizza. I also took a pizza. When the food came after almost 30 minutes, I'd rather have left. Apart from the fact that it was served very unsightly, it was hardly sensible to eat. The pizzas were dry, hard and barely cut with the almost blunt knives. The carving was an interpretation as the meat was too dry and the sauce tasted old. When we eat later, we were not treated as customers when you realized that we only ordered sporadic to drink. They were hardly interested in us and we had to wait for the drinks for a long time and that hardly anyone was there! As I mentioned earlier, it was there the last time! It lacks a proper service and food for which you also like to pay."

"Ce petit village a bien peu de restaurants. CElui-ci est fermé le lundi.J'y suis allé le mardi soir, et la carte (en allemand) est simple, majoritairement constituée de grillades de porc. C'est bien présenté, bon et TRES copieux.Avec 2 bières, cela donne 20€. What else ?Le seul problème est qu'ils ne parlent pas Anglais (ni Français, mais c'est normal)A noter aussi, les clients qui s'amusent devant le resto à planter des clous dans une bûche (vous savez celui qui enfonce complètement le clou d'un seul coup a gagné !)"
