"I regret that Pizza Express is conveniently located near me because this specific location is disappointing. During my latest visit, I experienced a decline in quality, from overcooked pizza to extremely slow service at every stage. This restaurant has become increasingly dismal with each visit, yet I continue to hope it will improve. However, my experiences only seem to worsen. I may need to accept the inconvenience of traveling to a different location in Richmond for a better dining experience."

It was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious and quickly served. Said was an excellent waiter – he was prompt, patient, very kind/ friendly, and always available when needed. Overall, great experience!

I can't understand why Pizza Express hasn't opened in Australia yet. I remember begging my parents to bring one here when I was younger. Their pizza is absolutely delicious, and I would love to see them in Australia.

I wanted to drop by to thank Gangadhar and the team at Pizza Express East Sheen, 305 Upper Richmond Rd., for such a warm welcome along with a very friendly and helpful service. The takeout pizzas were lovely and Gangadhar very kindly carried them to our car. Sending big thanks!

I am a regular costumer of PizzaExpress and have been to the east sheen branch lately. The food was so delicious. The service was so good and the manager was reaching to every table to make sure that every thing is running smoothly. I had great time on Saturday evening . Would love to visit again.
