"This was the first time we had called at pizza express in Leeds yesterday, we have been to the one in York many times . The restaurant looks superb as you walk in , we were seated by a nice polite lady , from there...it went down hill fast , the waiter took the snatched the menu from my wife’s hand , the duty manager brought our food out saying careful the plaites are red hot ! They were ice cold and so was our food ! After saying something the the manager he said they would sort it and took them away , the next thing we knew our main coarse was here my wife ordered a pandana the best thing about was the chutney what was on the pizza . Deffo won’t be returning"

My friend and I recently visited Pizza Express on a whim, hoping there would be a table available for the two of us.

There on Thursday night, which is quiet to meet other workmates. Order starter, but nothing funny. Had pizza goat cheese, but too much spinach and goat cheese taste, but strange.

Although it is a chain restaurant, I truly enjoy Pizza Express. The pizzas are delicious and always have a unique twist. This specific location is wonderful, with a spacious interior and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly as well. Overall, even though it is part of a chain, Pizza Express is a good one.

Meal was quite good and tasty. The service was very fast, even when we were a group of fifteen. Order got mixed up and some things never came, which is costing the review a star. Location is very central and the place looks amazing and well decorated. Prices are reasonable, we spent about 20 pounds a head give or take.

Booked activity for large group on Saturday morning. Ruth greeted us and made us really welcome. Glass of Prosecco before we started. Chef (Mo I think but I am bad with remembering names! was very patient and it was brilliant fun and would recommend. Would...be a good ice-breaker. Thank you to everyone who kept it all running smoothly. Amazingly we all ate the pizzas we made!
