"Me and my sister visited this branch at the least practical time possible: 9.30 on a bank holiday, when every restaurant in the area was closed. It was rather empty of customers and as a result low on staff. Still, the waitress was lovely despite being busy and desperate to get home. It took a really long time for her to bring menus and take our order, but another big table left and she was then very attentive. I suspect that this delay in service is due partly to the restaurant being divided into 3 small rooms so the two waitresses working that night could not even see all the customers at once. Once we ordered, the wine and food arrived promptly and was great. We both got a 'roma style ' pizza, which basically means a much bigger pizza with fancier toppings. I like that they just serve you a whole pizza with a pizza cutter so you can decide to cut it into slices or eat with a fork and knife depending on the formality of the occasion, whereas other restaurants just give you a normal knife and fork. The portions were generous, and leftover pizza was great cold the next morning. For two people with wine and a starter to share, we got change from a 50, which I consider excellent value for the quality. Though we had been expecting to get a 2 for 1 offer with a Taste Card, I failed to read the terms that this offer was unavailable on bank holidays or Fulham FC match days, however they do give Taste Card discounts normally. We have often dined here for family gatherings, as there is something for everyone including children and those on special diets. Would recommend for families and big groups of friends in particular."

This Pizza Express location is smaller than most others I have visited, but the pizza is still great. However, I did notice that they have raised the prices on the menu significantly, which is a bit disappointing.

The restaurant was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon, but the service was fast, efficient, and friendly. The quality of the food met the expected standards for Pizza Hut. Additionally, it's conveniently located near the Charing Cross tube station.

I'm very surprised by the negative reviews. I go with a friend on Football nights when the restaurant is busy and the staff are under the most pressure and not once have I had any reason to complain (wish I could say the same about the football ; . We had a wonderful lunch here. The staff was pleasant and friendly, helping me discover some special offers by downloading the Pizza Express app. The menu had a good variety but wasn’t overwhelming. Our meals were well-cooked and nicely presented, served in a timely manner. The split-level restaurant had a light and airy atmosphere.
