"Es war wieder einmal ein wunderschöner Abend im Schwalbennest . Es hat rundum alles gestimmt, Service , Ambiente und das leckere Essen. Mein Favorit war das ausgezeichnete Kokossüppchen. Besonders schön fand ich, dass der Chefkoch persönlich von Tisch zu Tisch ging, und sich nach der Zufriedenheit der Gäste erkundigte. Das hat Stil. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Waren spontan dort essen, weil es uns empfohlen wurde. Muss aber ehrlich sagen. Hab schon bessere beim Italiener gegessen. Es war mir persönlich zu fad. Die bruchgetta war nicht komplett gebacken das es gnusprig war, sondern leicht angebacken. Die gnocci mit Salbei war nur ein Blatt drinnen. Geschmack nur nach Oil. Kellner sehr nett. Doch war es nervig ein bißchen , das Sie ganze zeit hin und her gelaufen sind. Da Sie nicht wissen was Sie run sollen. Ambiente sehr schön auch die Terrasse. Also ganz ok aber ein 2 x muss ich nicht Hin."

"Nettes Ambiente, interressante Karte aber das Personal ist eine Katastrophe! Nachdem wir 40 min. auf unsere Eisbecher gewartet hatten und dann unseren Kaffee bezahlen wollten (die Eisbecher waren immer noch nicht da), wurde der Herr schnippig und hat sich noch nicht mal entschuldigt. Nie wieder!"

"Das Restaurant Athene serviert griechische Speisen auf hohem Niveau. Schon bei den Vorspeisen werden traditionelle Spezialitäten, wie z.B. Dolmadakia, (alle hausgemacht) serviert. Die Hauptgerichte sind ebenso schmackhaft. Ob nun klassische Gerichte, wie Gyros, Lammkottlets vom Grill, Bifteki oder Suflaki, alles schmeckt und ist auf den Punkt gegart. Ein besonderes Schmankerl, welches ich mir bestellt hatte, waren Lammfilets in Rosmarinsud, ein Gedicht. Hier werden traditionelle und moderne Gerichte Angeboten und so zubereitet, dass man diese nur loben kann. Ein kleiner Zusatztipp: Mittwochs ist immer Fischtag. Diesen kann ich wirklich empfehlen, denn der frische Wolfsbarsch und die frische Dorade vom Grill (im Ganzen serviert) sind wirklich super lecker. Als Dessert werden neben griechischem Joghurt und Eis auch drei wechselnde Spezialitäten des Hauses (Tirlogie) angeboten. Dabei handelt es um verschiedene hausgemachte Eissorten (zum Beispiel Basilikum), Schokokuchen mit flüssigem Kern und andere Spezialitäten. Die guten Speisen werden begleitet durch ein wirklich freundliches und sympathisches Team, die sich immer wieder nach dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste erkundigen und die griechische Gastfreundschaft leben.Preislich ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Hauptgänge liegen zwischen 7-30€, je nach Geschmack und Ausgefallenheit der Speisen. Und natürlich gibt es den altbewährten Ouzo vor und nach dem Essen.Ich war bereits 3x in diesem Restaurant und werde noch oft mit Freunden hinfahren, denn für mich ist es das beste grieschische Restaurant in und um Chemnitz."

"not recommended! I have ordered a table for 4 people for the 02.03.2019, 13.00 hrs personally on 20.02.2019 and together with the personal selected a table. this was then entered into an orderbook with nr. and date. we appeared on time on 02.03. at 13.00 o'clock. the promised table was occupied. we were placed on a large board. because of my complaint, only answer was: we cannot keep a table free for them. I said that they had to say that when ordering was made, it was answered: how are they on it? (it appears to be the usual to be bypassed. see the guest note of 12.01.2019). after some time another table was assigned to us. I ordered a trout wreather, which was brought together with the others ordered feeds. unfortunately I had to return the trout. she was still raw inside! I ordered another food that was then brought after a while without any excuse. unfortunately the other guests were already ready to eat. I can imagine something going wrong with the kitchen once. but how to treat it as self-evidently, is hardly understandable, nor is it that immediately after the complaint the chief of the house with the standard set everything in order? through its rich with greater distance to the tables wandered. the staff and chef was correct, but little friendly. h. highmuth"
