"Situé au-dessus de Samoens sur la route de 1600, ce resto est situé au pied du vieux télésiège de Vercland. Quand on arrive, on est surpris par les nombreux clients dans un coin si isolé. La grande terrasse est très accueillante avec ses tables et bancs en bois avec une vue magnifique sur le Criou. L'intérieur est super cosy aussi et donne envie de revenir l'hiver. La carte est à base de salades composées, de wraps, de hamburgers et de currys. Il faut dire qu'il y a beaucoup d'anglais dans la clientèle et les gentilles serveuses le sont également. Nous nous sommes régalés d'un wrap kebab, frites, salade et ses 2 sauces a 11,50€ et d'un spare ribs idem a 18,50€. C'etait parfait. On reviendra car c'est bon et l'ambiance est top."

"What a delicious surprise, we are far from the cheap and unpleasant resort restaurants. Here it is all the opposite warm and efficient reception, the dishes a feast and very copied one is going there once and we have never managed to take a dessert. delicious fish soup, trout melted with leeks. at the same time but no brig-leaf mud photos, gorgonzola cheesecake for our entries and the incontournable tartiflette, one of the best I ate. reserve if you are in the middle of the season it is fast complete."

"We went for a couples dinner on New Years Day. The place was very busy and initially the ambience was as we remembered from a previous visit: warm, lovely feel, great decor and approachable staff. The starters were too large however the assiette de...charcuterie would have comfortably sated two people, and my pigs trotters similarly were ‘main’ portion sized (and somewhat under-seasoned). The main course took minutes to arrive and we had to chase it with (apologetic) staff. The noodles with vegetable stif fry arrived over cooked and without noodles. Apparently the delivery that day was short on a number of fronts. My scallops were tasty but a combination of the delays, lack of honesty about what ‘was’ and ‘was not’ available on the menu spoiled what was meant to be a romantic evening for two. Other diners were also waiting a long time: could be they were understaffed. We had a complimentary herbal tea and left. The bill was not adjusted for oversight which was a disappointment. It’s expensive here and were the food up to it I would not have minded in the least. But it was poor. I am not sure we could recommend a visit here. We’ll try again later in the year and repost."
