"This is fast food sushi so consequently attention to detail gets lost sometimes. We had a la carte instead of sushi train. Given it was our first visit we tend to over order. Glad we did. The yakatori plate was all over cooked and very dry. The Dragon Roll was acceptable as was the tuna and avocado sushi. The nigiri salmon and tuna along with sashimi tasted stale. We eat a lot of Japanese all over the world. The food was about 5/10 on balance.The service improved once I told the waiter to stop cleaning up and take our order!This is fast in and out cafe, not a place you want to linger."

Discovered this while walking around our hotel. Very small place but good food and friendly staff. Stays open till pretty late.

It was open later than other places which was nice so we could at least eat but the staff was not very nice and there was only 1 or 2 options

The belt had all the variants we asked for, it was very tasty and the location if the restaurant was very close to the beautiful Nice down town.

Freshest sushi ever! I am New to Japanese food and totally converted!! Fresh and tasty!!!! Well flavoured and huge choice! Efficient service and reasonable prices!

I stopped at Planet Sushi for a brief lunch during a business trip. I like Japanese cuisine for lunch since it's not to fat and I had to drive several hours in the afternoon. Wide range of sushi and sashimi, salads and nice guys attending both on the spot and take-away customers. Sure I'll be back if I'm there at the right time!

My friend and I were staying in Nice for four days and this restaurant was in walking distance from our hotel, so the first night we were there I walked down to order some take out sushi. The presentation alone was amazing but the taste was beyond that; to the point that I actually ordered this three of the four nights that I stayed in Nice.

We happened in on this place during a flash visit to Nice. Dependable food as to be expected from this chain. However, we also encountered bad-humored and apathetic staff, with incomprehensibly arrogant attitudes. We did not finish our food and asked a pouting waitress for a takeaway box. She sneered and refused to give us one. After insisting a few times to no effect, we asked the starlet for a complaint sheet and got a blank piece of paper and a laugh in return. Absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the dramatic drop in tourism in Nice. AVOID.
