"We ate here because of the good reviews and a voucher. The good first: The service was very accommodating and friendly, thank you for the hot extra sauce we received. To eat: The satai skewers were quite ok and we were prepared for a cozy, authentic Thai evening. But then the green curry came and it was anything but authentic. The vegetable bouquet consisted of a ready-to-cut, rustic vegetable mix from the freezer. The ready-made mixture was “refined” with 1-2 threads of lemongrass and 2 gutted, not at all spicy chilies (we ordered sheep 4 out of 4). The vegetables, or rather the entire dish, were seasoned with so much sugar that we had to leave the vegetables behind and just picked out the meat. Components such as Thai eggplant or Thai peas (pea eggplant) were completely missing. Instead, zucchini, carrots and beans en masse. Ventilation Conclusion: Unfortunately, as in many small restaurants, the ventilation in the kitchen was virtually non-existent, so we are now sitting at home, smelling like freshly fried food and still have a sugar coating in our mouths. We are slightly disturbed by the visit to the restaurant and seriously ask where exactly were the people in Thailand who reported authentic Thai food in this restaurant in their experiences reviews?"

leider nicht geschmeckt frietierte won tong fleisch war so winzig klein richtig GITZI. und Hautgang der reis war kalt .war nichts los trozdem lange wartezeit komme nicht mehr.

Das kleine Restaurant ist in einem Wohnquartier gelegen und ist eher unscheinbar. Leider war unser Essen Pad Thai mit Poulet versalzen und in meiner Portier hatte es sehr wenig Fleisch. Die Chefin war sehr nett und hat mir nach dem Hinweis extra Poulet angeboten was ich aber ablehnte. Wir haben hier mit der Familie gegessen und hatten ein DeinDeal. Wir hatten jeweils das 3-Gänge-Menü.Das Restaurant selbst ist schön mit üblichen thailändischen Dekor eingerichtet. Sie haben Parkplätze, was immer ein Plus ist.Der Service war in Ordnung und es gab nur 1 Server. Für einen Sonntag war es ziemlich beschäftigt. Das Essen hat ein bisschen gedauert, aber wir haben verstanden.Das Essen war weder besonders noch schlecht. Ich werde aber nicht zurück sein, weil ich andere thailändische Restaurants kenne, die näher sind und meiner Meinung nach besser schmecken.

Das Ploy Thai Restaurant befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe meines Büros, sodass ich ab und an gerne dort gegessen habe. Vor 2 Tagen wollte ich mit meinem Sohn dort zu Mittag essen. Die mittägliche Öffnungszeit ist mit 11:30 bis 14:00 Uhr angegeben. Als wir um 13:15 Uhr das Lokal betraten, wurden wir äusserst unfreundlich und abweisend darauf hingewiesen, dass die Küche bereits das Kochen eingestellt habe. „Lustlos“ und „arrogant“ beschreibt die Attitude der Kellnerin treffend. Noch schlimmer wäre es, wenn dieses Vorgehen durch den/die Inhaber*in gedeckt wäre. Glücklicherweise gibt es gute thailändische Restaurants, die sich über zahlungskräftige Gäste freuen. Das Ploy hat es offenbar nicht...
