Fantástica experiencia. Siendo yo un amante ignorante del café, fui a la cata de Animal Coffee y, además de aprender, me lo pasé en grande. David, Sergi y Alejandra nos trataron 10 puntos con su paciencia y la apertura a las preguntas más absurdas que podría tener. Absolutamente recomendable. ️

Finding an English Barista course in Catalunya is hard but Animal coffee were brilliant. Very quick to respond to our request and the course itself was very detailed, very easy to understand and most of all tailored more to what we were looking for. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to make sure their coffee at home is quality.

He comprado café en Animal y es de una calidad estupenda, ha cumplido con todas mis expectativas en aroma y sabor, un 10. También he realizado el curso de barista básico para refrescar lo que ya conocía sobre el café de especialidad, 4 horas de perfecta explicación, muy bien estructurada y con un número de participantes ideal para poder practicar.
