"I’ve already declared my fondness for this ethical 4 green star chain. I trust them to behave in proper ways, I suppose what I would call my M&S test always reliable, always quality goods and will always do the right thing for customers who make paydays. You’ll not find genetically modified foods here. It was a lunchtime visit ostensibly for cappuccino coffees but they do make the most wonderful rubbish free soups. We’d been in the day before for coffee and it was Thai soup but I didn’t bite (pun intended). On this our second visit it was a delicious spicy chicken and veggies at £3.99. It was so filling and tasty. The food here is made in small batches and replenished as the day progresses ensuring freshness and minimising waste. We both had very tasty cappuccino too. The staff were a friendly bunch team working to hasten service. The seating is comfy and the ambiance pleasant. As it was lunchtime it was steadily busy and all ran smoothly. The toilets have a lock for customers only."

Pret is near the centre of town. Deceptively large! There was no queue. Efficient service albeit as chilly as the peach cooler. Price apx £3.85. Fab and comfortable seating. Would return.

My friends and I enjoyed a delightful lunch at this restaurant. The ambiance is calm and the establishment is clean, with prices that are fair. The drinks were delicious and the food was exceptional.

I recently started using the app connected to my Google payment account. first month is free, then only £20 per month and they get 5 drinks per day. coffee is good and the smoothies are really delicious. I didn't try the banana taste, because I don't like bananas. Visualizza piatti

The coffee was great, but the shared restrooms were very dirty. The disabled restroom was in use even though it was marked as out of order. The restrooms require a code from the staff to enter, and if the staff are using those facilities, you may not want them handling your drinks or food.

Sit in to drink a coffee and you get disposal cups because they 'don 't do china ' at this store anymore. Meanwhile the signs on the wall say about their sustainability. I 'm sure if the girl making the coffee could have told us to f off for having the audacity of ordinary a drink she would have, saying she was exceptionally rude would be kind. Worst pret experience I have ever had.

A nice clean cafe restaurant and very well laid out in the heart of Bournemouth. Its just like most other Prets. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the drinks and food are great. Whether you fancy a coffee or a sit in snack this is a great place to go. I went over the Christmas period and it wasn't so busy but it can get busy over lunch times, Recommend if you're in the area thanks to the staff for a great experience Visualizza piatti

The food and coffee is amazing, but the cleanliness of the store (in fact most Prets) always lets it down. The toilets are always DISGUSTING! Why can’t Prets employ a full time cleaner to keep the unisex toilets cleaned throughout the store opening hours? Visited today (Boxing Day) and the first cubicle had explosive diarrhoea up the seat lid that was DRIED so had obviously been there for some time. The second cubicle had an overflowing sanitary bin. There is just no excuse for this. Prets food and drink is premium priced so basic facilities should be a given.

I used to enjoy getting lunch from a Pret a Manger in Manchester City center when I had a full-time job. Now that I work part-time in Bournemouth, I was pleased to find a Pret in the town center. I understand the current cost of living crisis and chaos in the world, but if I am going to pay £3.50 for a coffee, I would prefer it to be served in a proper cup rather than a takeaway cardboard cup with a plastic lid. Supposedly, this is Pret's policy since Covid, which I find hard to believe. There are plenty of cafes in Bournemouth where you can get food and drinks for less money and be given a cup or mug. Sadly, Pret is likely to lose many customers over this. The place was quite empty when I v...

"We had called-here for drinks during a previous visit to Bournemouth. We were impressed with the wine we drank, and the food that we saw served to other customers. So, today was the realisation of a promise that we made-to-ourselves to revisit and, this time, dine! We were a few-minutes early for our 19:30 reservation having allowed too-much time for our half-a-mile walk from our hotel. The restaurant was not busy, and there were scant customers during our 2½ hour stay. There was only one, very pleasant, member of staff in the bar/dining area. We had assumed he was the Manager, and he did everything: menus, drinks, food orders, food service, and payment. He did this pleasantly with good humour, plus impressive efficiency and knowledge. The food here is principally ‘Sharing Boards’ but also available were smaller (snack) servings of Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie and other “Nibbles”. We chose an ‘Ultimate Board’ (intended for two people sharing and costing £36.95 in total). Within this price you select four types of charcuterie plus four types of cheese to complete the board. Drinks: we started with a 175ml glass of “Martin Codax Albariño” for each of us. The extensive and impressive wine list offers a good selection available by the 175 or 250ml glass: 6 white wines, 3 rosé wines, 9 red wines, 3 sparkling wines and 9 aperitif/digestif wines. The Albariño was very much enjoyed, whist we decided which bottle of wine we would have with our meal. After much thought we chose a bottle of Bin 31 ‘Laibach (Sur Lie) Stellenbosch’; a white wine from what is a great wine-producing region in South Africa. This was superbly delicate and gently flavoured; with the very slight effervescence from the ‘Sur Lie’ fermentation method (fermentation on the lees). We know this method well from Sur Lie Muscadet wines, from the Sèvre-et-Maine region in France. With our wine chosen, we concentrated on the charcuterie and fromage that we would like with our ‘Ultimate Board’. There was much debate between us, but eventually: Our choices of charcuterie were: Salami Milano: with a perfumed scent that was such a delight. Pâté: quite fine but rich and flavoursome. Venison Salami: surprising and just superb. Smoked Pancetta: we loved this delicately smoked pork belly which was served in the thinnest slices imaginable. The cheese was far more difficult to choose: A Cheddar was a no-brainer and it was good; however we have ‘Vintage’ Cheddar at home (aged for 36-60 months); so the Cheddar here was a bit tame for our tastes. Oak Smoked Lincolnshire Poacher: this was very disappointing as half of the piece was totally inedible rind, and the rest was almost impossible to cut with the cheese-knife provided. I brought this to the attention of the Manager this was exchanged with more of the Cheddar. Northern Blue: good and creamy and appreciably tangy. We had another cheese which was firm and good eating, but we cannot recall it’s name (that’s our fail then). To be honest, and sadly, we found the cheese to be not anywhere as good as the charcuterie, we like mostly hard, or at least firm cheese, with strong flavours. Brie, Camembert and other soft cheeses rarely feature at our home (the somewhat explains our choices). The board was loaded with extra ingredients: a good selection of salad and fruit: cream cheese stuffed cherry tomatoes, lovely crunchy astringent cornichon, fresh grapes and pitted olives. There was also a pot of hummus, onion relish, cheese crackers, and a basket of bread (the latter of which we ordered a second). The meal was still a very favourable experience; made better by the extra cornichon provided. Just because I said how much I loved the texture and flavour of these wonderful ‘little gherkins’. After our board we were quite replete and there was no-way we could have managed a dessert, but an extra glass of Viognier for my Partner, and a wonderful 10-year-old Tawny Port for myself, finished-off the meal splendidly."

"WOW! What can we say!? Chris Katie catered lunch at our beautiful outdoor wedding at Moonacre, Sturminster Marshall. They had a fantastic layout and lots of menu options available several different burgers, wieners fries! They absolutely smashed the service and excelled at feeding a few more than expected too! They made us a gorgeous little personalised menu also which we thought was such a nice touch! Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how amazing their food was even those who would never normally consider vegan options were blown away at how great everything tasted! They managed to positively influence even the most stubborn meat eaters of our guests to realise that they don’t need to miss out on flavour when choosing vegan options! That’s a huge win in our eyes! A couple of people even said it was the first ever vegan food they’d tried and they couldn’t get over how amazing it was! We told our guests about the Mighty Wieners restaurant in Bournemouth and will be bringing people back for more as they couldn’t wait to try more options! The day was such a huge success and Chris Katie did such an incredible job! We can’t recommend them enough, for food at their restaurant and wedding events catering! Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian and vegan options! Dietary restrictions: Served gluten free options! Kid friendliness: Excellent service friendly, warm and when above and beyond! Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect for full accessibility!"
