absolutely great, workers were fab, eating tasted great and seemed so inviting. the younger ginger girl that served me, did everything so well, waffel was great. she seems to have a tonne potential, maybe even take over the place! Maybe they have to rename it to redheadberry!

love this place so much! they will be a special place between me and my friend and we often come here for night negotiations. the personal is always friendly and the ice is brilliant, always changing aromen up and it is so exciting to try them all! also find good prices. we have also ordered waffels from here and they are simply brilliant, really delicious. May I suggest you get your staff to tie their hair back when preparing food? (You the manger walked out of the premises whilst we were there). There was a female staff member with elbow length brunette hair making waffles, which was untied, falling over her face and onto the work surfaces. It's pretty unhygienic. She then proceeded to spray a bottle of purple cleaning spray onto a shelf immediately adjacent to an uncovered pot of waffle mixture. All of this is very basic food safety which your staff should know about.

ordered a milkshake from them on Uber eats at tonight, with an estimated delivery time of half an hour. I'm working early in the morning and fancied a treat before I went to bed. the restaurant closes at but it said it would arrive by then so I wasn't too worried. but every ten minutes that passed the estimated arrival time got longer. at I tried to call but it rang out. at half I was ready to go to bed, tried to call again. estimated time of arrival was now midnight. finally, at past midnight, Uber eats just cancelled my order and refunded me without redberry ever actually contacting me themselves. awful service, shame because the food is always lovely but it's not worth the wait at all.
