We have eaten here twice, and both meals have been delicious - lovely, fresh and seasonal ingredients, beautifully served by cheerful staff. A regular for us going forward!

We dined here twice while on holiday's in the region. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The waiter was so nice and everybody loved the food and service. I can't recommend this restaurant enough!

This is the first time we have managed to get a reservation here. You soon realise why - the food is amazing, superb friendly service, warm ambience and attention to detail. The parking can be difficult but just drive past and street park and walk the couple of minutes back - no problem. We will be back...

We ate hereo n the last night of our holiday on the recommendation of our gite owner. We had the 'surprise' menu, and chose fish. Each course was excellent, from the first 2 taster dishes, the entree, main course and the delicious and filling dessert. It was reasonably priced at 35 euros per head, and with wine and water it came to a little over 100 euros. If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely go again!

Dinner at Restaurant Deymier was a delight. In the evening they do a menu surprise- 29 euros for 3 courses (43 for 4), with a supplement of 6 euros if you want cheese as well as dessert. The very attentive maître d' asked if there was anything we didn't eat and whether each of us wanted a fish or meat main course. There were a couple of delicious amuse bouches as well as the 3 courses. All the dishes were beautifully cooked and the service was very attentive.The wine list is pretty good with a selection of mostly Languedoc products. We had a white Corbieres (Ch. I was invited here with a group of French friends for dinner, just before Christmas. What an experience! We all had the taster menu for €59It was completely faultless, absolutely fantastic dining, first class.The lemon dessert was the best dessert I have ever had the pleasure in eating, divine.A couple of small points, it took a while for us to get served, even to place an order for drinks, but once we had finished the first course, it was a well timed continuation of courses thereafter.We were a group of 7, and I feel, as did the rest of the group, a round table would have been better for social interaction together, but apart from that.......totally faultless, and a truly wonderful dining...

I really should come here more often! I'm pretty sure this is the best restaurant in Pamiers and nowhere in Mirepoix is currently at this level of excellence. Visited for lunch with friends and there are 2 set menus at 18 and 28 euros. Both have 2 or 3 choices for each of three courses. I had the 28 Euro menu with seiches (cuttlefish) on a bed of samphire followed by monkfish in a creamy fennel sauce, both cooked to perfection. Two of our party had the 18 Euro menu with a beef terrine and a filo pastry roll filled with seafood and declared it delicious. Discovered this place while on holiday in the region and visited twice during our stay. Was very dubious of the "chef's choice" 3/4/5 courses but was really pleasantly surprised! From the beginning to the end of both meals everything was excellent - a turbot dish with a confit onion tart was a particular standout. On the 2nd visit went the whole hog with 5 courses and wine pairings for a very reasonable €75 - worth every penny. There are limited but excellent a la carte choices for those not brave enough to trust their fate to the chef. The kids meals are great too.
