"Avons ate in the setting All at the restaurant (1 menu paid 1 menu offered) 1 Surprise n°1. Instead of facing face to face, my wife and I were installed 3/4. I felt exposed to the room all night and we weren't the only table like that. 2 Surprise n°2. Menu taxed at 65€ per person. 3 We ordered an aperitif cocktail (a mojito) before having finished it, we were served the calamar soup that had to be eaten as long as it was hot. With the mojito it wasn't matching at all!!! Otherwise the soup was good 4 Cherry on the cakes, serving the water the waitress breaks the glass of my wife and as the glass was 2/3 empty, we get a new mojito to 2/3 empty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 In the entrance we had an excellent Merlu about 60 grs! With carrot purée. 6 The dish, the milk pig medallion, correct without more. 7 Dessert, genoese with sorbet the set of good quality. Addition : 81€ without wine or coffee for logically a person! In conclusion: I strongly advise The Mojito strike shows that they have no sense of service"

After 2 years of closure, Philippe returned to offer us his inspired cuisine based on local products. Beautiful wine map Beautiful terrace in the garden. The design is part of the restaurant's DNA.

Very good restaurant and very good reception! After a melon soup, I ordered a mussaka to the lamb and then hot mirabelles with vanilla ice. I finished with a coffee with homemade caramels. The restaurant’s retro kitch decor invites you to the originality that unfortunately is not at the rendezvous in the plate. The dishes are pumpy but without real interest, in our 13-course decline we were entitled to among others: to a soup of topinambour, 1 piece of andouille and the comble, 2 radish with their fans .... we fries the scam ! For 50€ per person I regret my money! This restaurant plays Gastro but the kitchen is not at the rendezvous , nor the service it also is full of pretensions ...

Only restaurant offered by Restopolitan (1 menu paid for 2 drinks) I invited on Saturday night a friend of whom it was the birthday. We took the wine menu included and it was a very nice surprise for both of us: 6 dishes chosen by the chef necessarily fresh and seasonal products accompanied by delicious and perfectly associated wines. Soup of potiron, plate of duck ( foie gras of heart and gizzle), Merlu then beef Rumsteck then 2 desserts .... it cales !!!! Anyway, a nice evening, nice surprises, a real pleasure, a very good reception... Nothing to regret... To advise people who love everything and enjoy delicate dishes and subtle blends.

"We had only one night to enjoy Biarritz. Our research led us to dine at Le O2 Verdun. It was the perfect choice. Francois took care of us all evening. He was both charming and perfectly attentive. He thoughtfully helped us chose our dishes (there were a couple of additions to the prixe fix menu) and Francois helped describe each dish to us because our French is not so good! The chef/owner is so incredibly talented! This is a Michelin star quality restaurant but it is inexpensive. Don’t let the low fool you! The quality of the dishes and their ingredients was exceptional! Every morsel of every dish was amazing, from the bon bons filled with local cheese and ham that melted in your mouth to the homemade foi gras, to the cod with peppers and spices that were so subtle but perfect, to the calamari special in a garlic sauce that was divine! Their chocolate fondue and brioche French toast were delicious! We were stuffed! All of that deliciousness for less than 60 Euros, 29.90 each! Of course, we paired it all with a variety of white and red wines. Francois was kind enough to help us as we chose each glass to pair with the food. Their wine list was not very extensive, but there were plenty of good choices at more than reasonable prices, both by the glass and by the bottle. If you have one night free in Biarritz, you MUST try this restaurant! You will be so happy you did!"
