"We were on the occasion of a criminal dinner with 4 courses in the Groß Schneer Hof. All together, without drinks €44.44. What was immediately noticed were the filthy plates. A table neighbour even reported about a knife he had to exchange. The first gang was an asparagus/bear liquor soup. Pretty delicious, but very liquid, not creamy. As a second gear there were salmon with fresh cheese gratinated on salad. That was also quite delicious. The third gear should be pork fillet filled with spinach, spring vegetables and potato bells. I really like to eat vegetables, but it shouldn't be raw. Also, I was not aware that the green and white bean chills belong to spring vegetables. The potato bells were far too heavily fried, so they tasted slightly bitter and let us think of potato chips from the bag. And unfortunately, the pork fillet was not very tasty, there was a strong smoke taste that reminds us of Kassler. The dessert finally made strawberry yogurt stable by gelatin and cut into slices, in between leaf dough plates. All at the table, the assumption that is pushed to a higher level, but I do not think it will work. The Italian dishes are still recommended! I almost forgot: Some service workers still seem to be in training, operation from the right, or friendliness, or inconspicuous operation without plate bangs probably comes first in the next training year."
