"We had the pleasure of eating at Restaurant Rössli and were absolutely amazed by the quality of the food and the friendly service. The selection of dishes was extensive and there was something for every taste. Particularly noteworthy is the entrecôte, which was excellently prepared and a real delight for the palate. The taste and texture were perfect and the meat was tender and juicy. We also had the choice of dry-aged beef, which we didn't take. The service was very friendly and attentive, the staff took the time to accommodate our needs and ensure we were comfortable throughout the meal. The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made you want to linger. Overall it was a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back. I can fully recommend the Rössli and give it a full five stars. The entrecôte, along with the selection of dry-aged beef, was a real highlight and I can only recommend it to anyone who loves meat."

We were there in the off-season and the restaurant was only half full, which probably gave us a lot of extra attention. I recommend this restaurant, excellent eating. great service, excellent drinks, waiters are very friendly and knowledgeable regarding products. the kitchen was very good, the riders they have served are exceptionally tasty and crispy tomahawk is a great piece of bark that will feed two or maybe three people.

Very modern restaurant specializing in meat. There is everything here to satisfy the spoiled gourmet. The satisfaction of the group of visitors was mixed. At times the burger was a bit dry and the steak was not medium rare as ordered. Of the few vegetarian meals, the ravioli with lemon sauce probably wasn't particularly convincing. The service, however, was excellent.
