I think these guys just serve you what’s left at the end of the night. My food felt like a mix of anything that remained in the kitchen come the end of the night. We had to give this restaurant a try after checking out nearby restaurants. We didn't book ahead but managed to get seated straight away. The food was really good and the service was excellent. We recommend the lamb mirchi, chicken tikka sally, keema rice, and peswari naan. Happily recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Ordered a take away from here, the service was very good but I felt the naans were small, dry and chewy, chicken in korma was not great, mango chutney was strange, rice and popadoms were fine. I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and I must say their early bird menu is fantastic, providing exceptional value for money. The prices are great, and the selection of quality, well-cooked dishes is impressive. We always enjoy our meals and appreciate the excellent service we receive. The portion sizes are generous, and we always leave feeling full and satisfied. Thank you, Romney Spice, Islam, and the entire staff for your outstanding service!

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and it definitely won't be the last. It's a charming, historic place with rustic beams, uneven walls, and a genuine old-world layout. The staff are excellent at what they do; they engage with diners, share laughs, and create a warm atmosphere, which I really appreciate. The food is outstanding and not overly greasy. I ordered a jalfrezi, which was aromatic and spicy without the overwhelming heat of a vindaloo, and it was absolutely perfect. My guests enjoyed their meals as well, finishing everything they ordered, which is a testament to the quality. We felt more like family than just customers.
