I've been here for 2 years and I have to say it's my favorite and eating is great. vater and son are great people and welcoming.

Had better, and had cheaper. But the combination of price and quality makes this a cracking restaurant. Great food and top notch value for money

I want to win the team at royal tandoori. I ordered a food delivery and didn't realize my phone went out. after 1 hour waiting time I decided to ask what happened, just figure out that my delivery was returned to the restaurant. the driver couldn't locate my address (like my building very often hard to locate) and he couldn't keep me because of my phone they offered me to bring it back and I must say I was amazing as usual with some extra bits! thanks for doing this! food quality its always good fresh and tasty! the food itself was average, but the customer service was a sweat. my partner asked for gurken and the old kerl did as if we had asked for one of his members. we got the bill and we were charged for chutneys that we never ordered, but...as said, they come with the popadoms, some people don't even use the chutneys, how could they come as a package to evaluate separately? they also wanted to calculate £2 for a takeaway box, although we were in the customers gedint and wanted to take away some of the excess and not waste the food.

I have visited this restaurant many many times in my life and I went 2 weeks ago for the Sunday buffet and the food seemed unusually cold and a little old I put this down to a 1 off and visited again today , the...chicken pieces were cold both varieties , same with the curry’s looking old and Luke warm the rice was half like bullets and inedible even the chips were stone cold and the staff seemed to act like it wasn’t a problem I loved this restaurant and hope this restaurant reeds this review with the aim of improving as it seems emptier than ever in there

It’s always been a bit hit and miss, both in terms of food and service, but last night they excelled themselves. We waited nearly two hours for our delivery and were simply told it was on the way. No apology no explanation and certainly no...attempt to compensate us for receiving our food at gone 9pm. Last contact was the phone being put down on me. The tandoori chicken was so spicy it was inedible and the rice was bordering on cold. You could tell the food had been on a magical mystery tour on its way to us due to the temperature of all the dishes. Will 100% not be using this place again.
