"The food and cocktails at this restaurant were delicious, but the waiter service was terrible. The waiters had poor knowledge of the menus and ingredients, and seemed unable to suggest suitable items with a smile. They had a slightly dismissive attitude, with the exception of one waiter who helped us with some elements of our order. Surprisingly, the carpets were quite worn and had threads coming loose in some places. The venue was not as upscale as we had expected. Although I enjoyed the food and cocktails, I can't see myself returning due to the lackluster service experience. Kudos to the chefs for their tasty creations."

Always a pleasure dining at Rozu, I never know what I want to eat so the Sharing Platter is perfect as it has a little bit of everything and it all tastes amazing. Staff are always warm and welcoming, will definitely be back soon.

The decor from outside was inviting and once inside it was the perfect setting for a celebratory meal. The attention to detail, customer service, food and cocktails all 10/10. For instagram lovers its the perfect place for amazing pics, we totally took advantage!!!

I came across a hidden gem with amazing staff who were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 5pm when it was quiet, but we didn't mind and enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was great and the music added to the experience. I would definitely come back. The food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing.
