"After being poorly booked as a treat. Specifically asked the waitress for no fish in the sandwiches she returned and confirmed this was ok and the fish filling would be changed. They arrived with fish. Very disappointing and we didnt correct them as they were so busy. Scones arrived with just cream and we had to ask for jam. Careless error. Overall the afternoon tea was lovely but care needs to be taken as whilst we do not have food allergies someone just may well have. Returning this weekend so hoping things are excellent."

It was a lovely experience and really put our girls in the Christmas Mood. Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make our experience first class. Delicious food and the afternoon tea presentation was beautiful. Well done Fenwicks!

The staff were fantastic, and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. It was lovely and calm, with soft Christmas music playing in the background. The restaurant had a warm and welcoming setup. The food was excellent—both in presentation and portion size. Thank you all so much!

I really enjoyed my experience at the restaurant. We asked for our sandwiches to be made without butter and requested a substitution for the smoked salmon option since my daughter is pregnant. We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience! There was only one other table during our visit, making the atmosphere lovely and peaceful. The server was very helpful with our dietary needs. The only downside was that the restrooms were located on a different level, which resulted in a long line. So it's a good idea to plan ahead!

The server was very helpful in accommodating our dietary requirements. The only downside was the restroom situation: there were some on the lower level, but they were limited, and those on the upper level had a significantly longer wait. So, it's a good idea to plan ahead!
