"After a long wait after closing the fireplace, we were very pleased that Marcel Schiefer decided to open a new restaurant next to the brother's house. We stayed there on Saturday for the Tour de Menu Evening and were absolutely thrilled : The total of 5 courses were all tasty, also change requests (please not only accept coriander oil, but the dish also changed according to what I otherwise do not know from other restaurants. Also the wine tasting was perfectly matched as a non-Riesling fan, also this very well lubricated (perfect balance between fruit and acidity. We are happy to visit us on the trip : Thank you!"

Sterne-Niveau, aber sowohl auf dem Teller wie auch beim Ambiente und dem Service erfreulich bodenständig und normal . Qualität der Speisen/Weine/Zutaten über jeden Zweifel erhaben, viel Kreativität und Küchenkunst bei wortwörtlicher persönlicher Betreuung nicht nur durch den Service, sondern auch unmittelbar durch die Küche/Köche. Ein wirklich herausragendes Gaumenerlebnis und jederzeit wieder eine Reise wert!

Diese E-Mail zur Aufforderung für die Abgabe einer Bewertung kann nur ein Scherz sein. Über ihr Portal kam Anfang September die Stornierung unserer Buchung aufgrund von betrieblichen Gründen. Seitdem versuchen wir Kontakt zu dem Restaurant und dem dazugehörigen Hauptrestraurant Bruderhaus aufzunehmen, per E-Mail, telefonisch, per Einschreiben, dessen Annahme verweigert wurde. Wir haben einen Gutschein über 204 Euro, im April ausgestellt, auf dem wir nun sitzen bleiben. Ich hoffe, dass Herr Marcel Schiefer nochmal irgendwo auftaucht, so dass ich ihm zumindest mitteilen kann, wie schlechter mit seinen Kunden umgeht.
