"disappointing. After years of going to this restaurant, we've been completely disappointed today. In the first place, the tables in the room are divided by type of reserve: those that have a discount of the fork, place them next to the bar and the toilets and the rest not (thing that had never happened before). We've come to the empty room, they've wanted us to locate next to the toilets and we've asked if it could be another table. the owner has denied us the change for the reservation we had (with discount). On the other hand, the discount of the fork in this restaurant clearly specifies that it is applied in letter, except drinks and menus. as is usual every time we go, we have ordered bullit de peix and have charged the dish without applying the discount. When we have indicated it, they have refused to apply it to us because, according to them, it is a fish dish. That never happened to us in this restaurant. the food, as always, spectacular. the deal, unpresentable, we're not coming back. Fortunately there are many restaurants in madrid which, in addition to quality, have an exquisite deal with the customer."

excellent as usual and although they have not touched prices, some dishes if they have varied them and would say that reduced, especially the world chocolate ?????????? I miss the black chocolate.

I have severe gluten (celiac disease) and shrimp allergies. The staff was knowledgeable and able to keep me safe while providing me an amazing meal. I enjoyed the cheese plate with gluten free bread, an avocado and mango salad, and the pork rice. All dishes were fresh and flavorful. The staff were all responsive and delightful.

We were in a breeze a long time ago and we felt like repeating because we had a good memory and we came back. the restaurant is very nice and the food is very good, but it is that besides the head of the room could not be more attenuated with the theme allergies, which I thank immensely; that they help you to choose and take care of you in the elections is something that I value very much.

La atención telefónica de antes de acudir fue lamentable. Al llegar más de lo mismo, te dejan con la palabra en la boca y en especial la camarera encargada parecía te quita las ganas de comer con lo agria que es. Debería dar algún curso de atención al público porque es imprescindible sobre todo cuando las personas que atiendes te tratan bien y son educadas, un mínimo de reciprocidad en ese aspecto.

La mujer que asiste a la puerta y que también nos asistió en la mesa tiene una mala actitud. Después de 10 minutos. Más o menos cuando íbamos a ordenar que empezamos a definir qué platos a ordenar, le dijimos a la señora que por el momento pediríamos una entrada y un plato a lo que responde que tenemos que ordenar todo a la vez y que después de que venga gente que me reserve la mesa.
