"What a disappointment! Have Satis House for Christmas meal for my colleagues for 5 years, but definitely not used again. The starters were fine, but the main meal was a catastrophe, burned Pasnips and everything was cold, plate was not heated. Couple next to us sent food back there because it was cold. Usually the restaurant is full on a Sunday, especially on the run until Christmas, but there were only two tables for lunch. We didn't worry about puddings, but you really need to sort out."

Everything was very good too excellent. Only that beef was on the hard side. Good reception, wine list and table attention. Comfortable warm and a very good round experience.
