"Given 4, but would rather give 4.5 stars if I could. the hotel is located on a stunning location where this hotel was a fantastic place to stop. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we were in one of their chalets (previously visited by the beatles), which was chic and comfortable, it obviously did in a 60s style to the famous mimics. has a couple of skills, but complements the charm. unfortunately there were no options for an evening meal before place, but found a wonderful place 5 minutes to foot near. dated, and in the necessary updating, but otherwise a large place. the breakfast was continental and had a great choice to eat. dog again kind and was nice to see the owner dog at the reception at the arrival. there are many places to foot their dog and the lookout is stunning. thanks for a nice stay."

nice night, eating was good, service was spot on but thought we were in the meall reamhar restaurant and not the bistro booked, but that did not spoil the evening.

hotel pet friendly and location is good. the hotel is dim, dark, expired and tatty. no dinner available and no reasonable price eating in a reasonable distance. chalets are obviously 60 years old. small, non-effective refrigerator and a water cooker are available. water dangerous hot. 60 years old electrons. safety minimal. cleanliness in general superficial. parts of the hotel and the back full of mull.

Very bright lights, empty restaurant, other couples on a Saturday night) no background music, no atmosphere, total time spent was 45 mins, couldn’t wait to go back to our cosy hotel nearby and sit at the roaring fire with a cheeseboard as we were still hungry. Starter was cold, main was inedible so left it. Has potential but seriously needs to up its game to compete with the amazing standard of food at its rival hotel.

Two girls at front of house were excellent and friendly. Only one chef which clearly wasn’t enough. Very very too quiet restaurant frightened to talk. Food average at best and please don’t charge London prices unless your are going to deliver London quality. Decor tired but this could have been excellent. Even the bill was handwritten. Some things best left in the past (but so should your prices unless you up the game). Cold and unfriendly saved by the front of house two. If not for front of house this would have been a one or no star.

we were for a weekend in one of the chalets on the back of the hotel. incredibly pet-friendly place, everything is for her best friend to stay. finn the black work is the host with most, a real character. the breakfast was beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. a disappointment was that the kitchen was closed (the hotel informed us and gave us local alternatives, but the big one here is that the 4 seasons deserve one of the most beautiful views along the loches. a great experience at a beautiful place when they want to escape the race of the rat and rest one because in nature, that is all.

we have just returned from 3 nights in the four seasons hotel. first, the hotel is located in a stunning location, and we were delighted to be updated on a room with a view of the hole. Unfortunately, the chef had recently gone and sued the owner, could not replace him. this meant that we could only have a continental breakfast in our room and that no dinners were available. we had to drive for 15 minutes to eat somewhere, and that was disappointing, although we managed to eat the other twp evenings before the place. the general sue was very helpful, and we enjoyed our evenings in the bar with the other guests. hopefully, the problem will be solved personally and this will help to stay the f...

"Location 1 of only 2 hotels in the villiage affording amazing views over the Loch from the lounge, restuarant and loch facing bedrooms. Large carpark at the front, easy access. There is a villiage store which sells most produce at slightly inflated prices as they have the monopoly. There are no independent restuarants or take a ways in the area. First impressions Looks a bit like a motel, the building could do witha bit of TLC with paint peeling off cills and walls. Staff Very friendly and helpfull. Room We had room 10 which was a loch facing room, the room was basic with a comfortable bed but no wardrobes for hanging clothes and limited drawer space. There was Tea and coffee makings in the room. The WiFi was non existant in the room and we had to virtually stand next to the modems at the top of the stairs or in the bar area to get a signal. The Bathroom had a bath with a shower. The tiled floor showed signs and wear around the toilet and room looked tired. There was no daily room servicing to make the bed, replenish the tea, milk and coffee or replace any towels or toiletries if needed. The fridge did make a noise so we turned that off at night. The room faces the main road some 50yds away but we noticed no noise from passing traffic. Probably because it is a quiet location. Food Disappointed that for £270 for 2 persons for 2 nights that that did not include breakfast which was £10 for continental or £15 for English. We both had Duck for dinner, I found the duck very nice with a lovely sauce but thought that 1 sliver of carrot, 1 small piece of pak Choi, 1 cube of potato, about 3cm cubed, and a couple of sprigs of broccolli was a bit meagre for the price. The bar had an extensive range of whiskies and limited ales."
