"I’ve visited Shoryu twice and overall had a decent experience. Tried the Miso Wafu Chicken Ramen and Kimchi Prawns Natural. The ramen had a nice depth of flavour in the broth, but the chicken itself tasted slightly undercooked or raw, which was a bit off-putting. That said, the soup itself was quite enjoyable. The Kimchi Prawns Natural was definitely a highlight – full of flavour and a good recommendation by the staff. As someone who doesn’t consume beef or pork, I found the main course options quite limited, especially since the soups couldn’t be customised with alternative meats. It would be great to see more variety or flexibility in the future. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the experience pleasant. I had a great time eating the ramen at this restaurant! I arrived feeling broken and hungover, but left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Two main factors drove me to dine at this restaurant: it was highly recommended by the Michelin guide, and as a fellow Street Fighter fan, I couldn't resist the urge to try it out.

Great experience here. As a group of 6, we really enjoyed. The trainee waitress was lovely and efficient. Head chef was excellent and so friendly which added a nice touch. We went out as a group and had a lovely experience. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The food was very authentic, delicious, and full of flavour. I love RAMEN, and this place is next level — definitely a 10/10! I would highly recommend it and will visit again.
