"on visiting this restaurant on Thurs Jan we arrived early (the first customers)but were shown to a table and asked if we wanted drinks , although it was early the restaurant was cold and the dÃcor was quite dull and spartan, the staff were very friendly and helpful and although there was no sharing platter on the menu one was made up for us. Now to get to the important part, this restaurant is all about the food and having travelled extensively both all over Britain and the continent this was possibly the best Indian food we have ever eaten if it was possible I would give the food stars The location is also superb being immediately opposite the Festival theatre ideal for pre theatre dinner. Our party consisted of three adults and the total cost including drinks was only which considering its location in the middle of Edinburgh was excellent. I would be happy to visit again, but if they could sort out the ambience issues and toilet I would happily have given it stars."

Lovely place very low key decor wise, but the food was to die for, right up there as the best curry I have had, highly advised.

Very disappointed the dosas are not gluten free. Other than that I enjoyed myself and the service and prices were all very good.

This restaurant does not exist. The premises have been changed to a noodle bar. We called from outside (confused and were told to come upstairs where there was really an Indian. We went upstairs...it is a noodle bar. They still tried to seat us, but we left.

THIS RESTAURANT CLOSED DOWN months ago despite this fact we were able to book it on opentable and turn up to discover it is no longer in operation. Please donât make the same mistake we did and turn up for a non existent booking Opentable get your act together and remove this restaurant from your booking options ð¡ð¡ð¡
