I went to this restaurant for Sunday dinner and it was the best Sunday dinner I've ever had! It was absolutely delicious! The staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend!

they were here for a second visit, both were excellent. friendly staff, nice drinks and cheap. if you stay in the hotel portland, which is part of it, you will also receive a soaked abattle at the bar!

Had birthday celebrations there recently and have to say how very lovely and accommodating the staff were, we kind of took over the outside veranda area and they treated us spectacularly well, couldn't do enough. Highly recommend 5* service all round.

Even though the floor was sticky and the decor was lacking, the dining experience at this restaurant was excellent. We had lunch on a Sunday in the downstairs dining area, which had a pleasant atmosphere and our waiter was very friendly. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, so come with a big appetite!

Just as fun today as it was 20 years ago when Lee first had the idea to open it. The heated terrace is absolutely brilliant, and the door staff make you feel safe enough to just relax and let your hair down to the old school music. In the space of one night I was whisked back in time to revisit the wild chaotic mess I was 20 years ago, she was so proud to know nothing's changed!
