"We went to Flint House for a work dinner and were impressed by the lovely setting, with cozy lighting and music. We opted for the Chef's Menu, a 5-course meal, and some of us also chose the wine pairing. Every dish was delicious, and we highly recommend this menu, especially with the wine pairing. It was a memorable experience. The only issue was that our booking was for a 2.5-hour slot, which felt a bit tight with the 5-course menu. We had to be moved to another table 10 minutes before our time was up to make room for another reservation, but we were able to stay at an empty table downstairs as long as we wanted. A 3-hour slot may have been more appropriate for a 5-course meal. Despite this minor inconvenience, we had a great time and plan to come back in the future.
