"We were really disappointed to be greeted and told they were short staffed and not a lot of food was available. I feel we should have been made aware of this before we attended. The things we wanted to eat were not available, there was no rice! A cheap and simple ingredient. We all had to have burgers as not much else to offer but they did taste very good. The staff were attentive but run ragged. I’m glad we had the app to order the food and drinks. The bar area was filled with dirty glasses and no time to keep on top of them to clean as they made drinks for all. It was a bit on the noisy side for us too."

We did eat all the food that came, but it was the wrong food, it took forever and the service was rude and poor. Won't be returning.

Restaurant was busy,staff were efficient and friendly , food was okay , disappointed in the lack of choices for dessert. Value for money, fair.

Value for money is good, ingredients missing from cocktails with no one saying anything when bringing to the table which was a bit awkward. Food was fine.

Food and service were ok. Told to order through app which of course didn’t work so wasted 10 minutes when we were already in a hurry. Music was far too loud could hardly hear one another!

The staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful, considerate, and pleasant. They accommodated our request to be seated in a quieter area as my sister has Alzheimer's and loud noises can be upsetting for her.

I had a great meal at Slug and Lettuce. They had a special meal deal where I got a pint of Peroni and a Bacon and Cheese Burger for £11, which I thought was a good deal. Even at full price, it would still be worth it. I will definitely be returning.

Disgusting food ordered the Christmas platter honestly thought it was a mistake and it was Plastic very over cooked the 4 small rolls with it couldn’t even bite into them the staff didn’t even care will definitely not be back thus was at 5.30 before a show goodness knows what the food would be like later in the evening

After waiting for at least 10 minutes after placing our order, we were informed that there would be a 40-minute delay in receiving our food due to a large order ahead of ours. It would have been appreciated if we were informed of this delay at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, we were on our way to the theatre and could not wait for such a long time. We had to leave and find another place to eat.
