"My partner thoroughly enjoyed her meal, consisting of a bacon cheeseburger and sweet potato fries, and now considers it her favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience with the truffle mushroom burger and smash fries was a bit different. While I did enjoy the fries, the burger caused some serious digestive issues. I'm not sure if it was the burger or the fries, but the aftermath was incredibly intense. It felt like I had ingested a powerful laxative. I have never experienced such a violent reaction in my lower half before. It was a messy and unpleasant experience, reminiscent of both Niagara Falls and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory combined. On the bright side, if I ever find myself constipated, I now know what to order. It took me two days to fully recover from the havoc that meal wreaked on my digestive system."

Food cooked fresh and hot milkshakes are top quality. Staff were friendly but not in your face, allowed you to eat in peace.

Never been before but the food was amazing. Honestly never had a chicken burger like it (it was juicy whereas they tend to be dry). Quick and friendly service

Came here monday. Greeted my a lovely Asian chap in the blue shirt. Amazing food really good quality ingredients. Milkshakes are unreal…really great overall visit. Will be back soon!

My friends and I love it here, we visited almost monthly during the days I would travel to Birmingham for wedding dress fittings. The tater tots are out of this world, and the burgers are super tasty too.

We didn’t eat. As we wanted takeaway we were sent to a corner to read printed menu. I couldn’t read it as the print was so small. My husband struggled even with glasses. We ended up leaving as we didn’t feel welcome

Food was average and overpriced, service was terrible and no-one comes over when u wave to try and get their attention. No manners no smiles, didn't care about their customers. Very disappointed as I expected better service and food for the price, will definitely not be using again!

The Baja salad is delicious and comes in a generous portion when ordered as a main dish. I also tried the Samakmas burger, which had a unique combination of pork, chicken, and beef and was very tasty. The cheese was perfectly melted and there was no excess oil dripping from it. I was impressed with the quality of the food. However, I deducted one star because I noticed that they no longer serve their ice cream milkshakes with the mixing tube, which used to come with extra cream left over from the blending process. Now they only serve it in a plastic glass for the same price, making it seem more expensive.
