"my partner and I loved our dinner, super place for unconventional but balanced dishes, like our starter of green asparagus, citrus fruits and ginger, or our srumptious fish served with a mousse (royale de morilles in original! . the cheese car pays due hommage. to beautifully matured local cheese (also natural, but also the tasteful, heart-shaped new meat, and dessert was the perfect end, with unusual combinations, avoid the risk of being too sweet after all great foods. a rare Alsatian muskat white was a great supplement to the spatula and worked well, for only 25€ a bottle. we can not wait to go back to try more games for erics creativity and enjoy the advice of the quiet but knowledgeable waitress. (and now I realized that I didn't even mention the beautiful facility with the christian lacroix slender wallpaper!"

"Un vrai coup de cœur!!! Les entrées ne sont pas très copieuse, je trouve que cela ne vaux vraiment pas le pris. L'assiette de légumes grillés était exceptionnel mais vraiment très maigre. En revanche les plats .... ce sont vraiment de pure merveilles. Nous avons pris les pâtes aux parmesans et gorgonzola, le show vaux le détour et la quantité de l'assiette et énorme !!! C'était très très très bon. Nous avons pris également les pâtes aux truffes noires et les pâtes à la sauce tomates. La qualité des produits est exceptionnel. Ils également ont une très bonne carte des vins. Le service est parfait et le cadre et soigné. Je recommande vivement."

"welcome. room ( junior suite) with dark colors whose decoration would gain to be reviewed. mini bar....empty!???? one bathrobe for two, pillow tachė, on the other hand excellent bedding and good soundproofing of the rooms.Bathroom clean and functional, the showerhead would need to be changed, opening faucet of the leap much too difficult. We have dinner at the restaurant. The service should be more careful: no presentation of the different dishes that are put in front of you without explanation, difficulty also to attract the attention of the waiters who do not care to ask you if everything is well....On the other hand, the cooking of the meat is perfect that you ask for a blue meat or to point . the torched apple pie was not it! moreover, it was absolutely not smelling the taste of Calvados.... a lot of cakes and an apple pie, but little choice for bread is a shame. The strengths of this hotel are therefore the calm, the bedding and its location close to the wheel. I think it's a very good 3-star but surely not a 4."
