Had the Cuban Sandwich the Edinburgh Botanics for their Christmas event. Was incredible, highly recommend it. It was hot, oozing cheese and just what you need when it's -2!

liam and beth offered the catering for a 40th birthday celebration of the family. great selection of menus, really good eating and informal service from a cool van that the children loved. Thank you!

My wife and I enjoyed some delicious dishes on Friday night at the rugby field in Stockbridge. We may have been the older ones in the crowd, surrounded by 20-somethings, but it was fun to watch. The food was really good.

I have regularly visited stag bites the hog at their events and every time you eat fantastic. perfect portions and their ideas and menus are always delicious! the beef brisket loaded pommes and mac n cheese bits are a personal favorite!

liam and team were an absolute joy to work on it. they were the perfect balance of ultra-professional and relaxed, even under the pressure of many hungry people! you eat is unbelievable, they know clearly what they do in the kitchen. would book again in a heartbeat.

You deserve much much more than 5 stars guys ..... I was initially hesitant to try hickory smoked dishes, as it's not typically my preference, but due to lockdown restrictions, I decided to try something new. Since we couldn't dine out, we turned to ordering takeout. I stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did, it was fantastic. I would rate it 10/10 and definitely order from them again in the future.

I have visited Stag Bites The Hog several times at various events and I am always impressed with the diverse range of options they offer. From burgers to loaded fries to slow-cooked kebabs, everything I have tried has been delicious with amazing flavors. During lockdown, we ordered meal kits from them and once again, they were outstanding. The portion sizes are very generous so you definitely won't go hungry. I am excited to see what this year has in store for them and what new offerings they will have.

stag bites the hog (liam and beth) has cared for my 40th birthday party for 55 people (plus 10 children) near loch tay and they were absolutely brilliant. they offered both a afternoon tea which they set up on a table for us, and then on the evening on full stag bites served the Hog selection from the van. everything they provided was absolutely delicious, with special highlights, the very fresh scenes (with cream and jam,) the sausage roll, the venison hot dog, the veggie burger and the chips with venison gravy. the van also looks great and they could set up at the venue and be completely self-contained so that we could simply rely on it. very relaxed and professional service. I don't know...
