"I fully agree with the recent post about the girl with the dark hair (not to be rude but just so people know who she is, the one with the very noticeable gums). Sneers behind the counter with other employees and snarls at polite customers. Appears to be somewhat mentally disturbed. Can 't say much about the effeminate boy on shift with her either. If I were their manager, I would fire both of them as I will never go back there and will advise others not to either, unless it 's to do a training course in how to not act in a customer service role. I have noticed this 'lady ' being rude in the past too. She needs therapy and is taking up the job of a decent person somewhere."

gran producto y atención. Todo el personal es genial. especialmente Cristina que era encantadora y nos ayudó mucho. Definitivamente hemos vuelto, es nuestro favorito de Starbucks en Madrid.
