"We were sprayed with coffee from behind the bar, all of our things and clothes (plus hair) were dirty and sticky, and I had to drive to work smelling like coffee, too. Nobody came to say sorry until we came to the counter and asked what just happened, and why was nobody coming to check it out. One of the baristas just said she 's got nothing to do with it and she can only clean the table and the floor now (she was LITERALLY standing at and manipulated with the machine the coffee was sprayed from). No apology came. Please note there were at least 7 baristas around. I reached out to the customer support, and I was offered a GIFT CARD for ONE FREE DRINK. When I said that that is unfortunately not enough compensation for the humiliation and damage caused, I never heard from them again. Just a normal Starbucks but not satisfied with the service. Been waiting for a carrot cake for 5 minutes and asked 3 times before I got my cake. Service not recommended. Oh yes if you ask for a grande cup you only get a tall version for the price of grande. Is it a real Starbucks? Makes me wonder why the cups are small here. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Went twice this week and it is located downstairs at the Vienna main train station in lower level. Prices are just as high as USA if not more since they venti cold is smaller and cost a smidge more. Able to service me in English which is important for ordering Starbucks. Friendly fast service and kind staff. Drinks were good but two benri drinks one hot with extra shots and one iced mocha were €15.50 so I feel expensive. Small space shared with a subway shop. Service: Takeaway Price per person: €1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
