"I made a reservation at this restaurant several months ago for a post-theatre dinner in Tottenham Court Road. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed by the service provided by the staff, who had trouble understanding me when I spoke. I'm not sure if it was due to my soft voice or if they simply didn't care about making their customers feel comfortable. I ordered the surf and turf and requested it to be cooked medium rare. The £44 steak and lobster dish arrived quickly, but the steak was fatty and tough to chew. To make matters worse, the bill came in at a very high amount, even though I had gift vouchers. This experience was definitely not worth the money, and I won't be returning in the future. I was truly disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a lobster and steak dinner."

waiters seem ill-trained. management seemed amenable. ordered a medium steak and it came VERY well done. ruined an otherwise perfect meal. would be nice if the kitchen could de-shell the lobster for you but i suppose for the price point this can be overlooked

Our group of 8 was probably the loudest table in the restaurant. The service was good and our food orders were all correct. I started with the croquettes, which were okay, and then had the steak and lobster. The steak was cooked perfectly, but the lobster was a bit small, so I only got a few bites of meat from it. The wine was delicious. We didn't have dessert, so I can't comment on that.

Poor quality food, mediocre service at best and overpriced. My steak was as tough as anything, the lobster was rather unremarkable, the beef tacos might as well have been tuna mayo on crackers and was as bland as anything. Service was slow and the wait staff were rather inattentive and given there was only us and one other table of diners in there is disappointing. The best part of my meal was the wine and the chips which is somewhat beside the point in a lace like this and even then the chips weren’t anything special. Certainly won’t be coming again.
