I was initially told that I could not make a reservation and was directed to another restaurant. Eventually, the manager had to step in, however the service was poor and the food was terrible. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I visited this bar and asked in advance about the minimum spend of £10.00 per hour. The staff were rude and only seemed interested in making customers buy more drinks. I couldn't believe that a luxury hotel like Hilton would have such a policy. My experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be returning to this bar. I plan to lodge a complaint with Hilton headquarters about their ridiculous policy. The bar was not busy, but the customer service was poor and the policy was nonsensical.

While staying at the Hilton Paddington, we decided to visit Laune at 2:00 in the afternoon. The staff was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect with flowers on the walls, cozy seating, and a view of the street with the iconic red double-decker buses, giving it a quintessential London feel. We had no complaints about the food. The avocado crostini was a particular favorite. This is definitely a great place to visit for their must-try London tea or for a delicious snack. It is family-friendly but also offers a peaceful escape for adults.
