The service I received at this restaurant was exceptional, particularly from a woman named Hein. Despite being busy and handling a difficult situation when her colleague never returned from a break, Hein handled it with professionalism and grace. She is a true credit to the industry and the business as a whole. It is unfair that she is placed in such a position with insufficient support from her coworkers.

When you buy tickets for 1 day IS not for 24h... It must be adviced like same day ... We have bought 2 tickets and we have asked to staff in the station and they can not change or cancel the tickets without use.... So we have pay 8.85 gbp for one ride today While we, as in all.the cities with smart public transport systems, hope they were valod until tomorrow at same time of 1st use. Hours before closing they had no veggie options available, the guy recommended the “veggie delight” which based on his description is literally just the toppings. My boyfriend got the steak one, bland and chewy meat, old and sad vegetables and dry bread. I recently had a late lunch at the Hope Street branch in Glasgow. The new seasonal tiger sub sandwich was served cold, and it seemed like the cook may have lost focus as the sausage inside was not cooked properly. I also ordered the kartoffel side dish, but it seemed like they were just raw potatoes heated up quickly. I had to ask for them to be cooked properly, but even after they were reheated multiple times, they were still soggy and raw. I would avoid this dish at all costs.
