Despite being a FastFoodChain the staff of this joint takes its time to actually advice you on which sauce works best with which sandwich and also makes sure you get the most out of your visit.

I asked for a vegidelight with everything but tomato. They tried to give me one with nothing but tomato. At the end I got one with just salade, onions and paprika. Where's the rest?? I understand the idea of fast food. But fast doesn't mean costumers have to be bullied. It was the first visit of my children to a subway. The staff almost screamed their questions to us whiteout explaining the options. I saw my daughter feeling threatened...at one moment. So I had to ask them to tone down ... The first problem encountered at this Subway was in the service whilst ordering, I asked for a “small sub of the day” because the staff couldn’t speak a word of English, instead they made a footlong and when I came to pay, I told the...cashier that I only asked for a six inch but I was forced to pay for the footlong because “its already been made”. Absolutely disgusting customer service! To be fair to them, the Subway tasted good, however, it seems like they don’t have anyone working on the lobby because we had to clean a table ourselves to sit down, not really what I expect from a large chain like Subway.

One star is way too much but this subway is trying to get as much money as possible. Customers are asked to get through the line fast. I was asked which sauce I wanted and within 3 seconds they decided that BBQ was the one for me, no confirmation asked. Then I wanted to pay and the guy (see photo) was angry because I wanted to pay by card and the paper for receipts was empty. He had to get new paper and asked if I was able to pay by cash. My answer, as I was already irritated by this guy, was no, not enough or you have to deal with 60 cents. That made him even more angry and he didn't talk to me after. We went with optimism that we could know Subway and get something we like and very fast. Once we've joined together, we're starting to question our decision, but thought "it's a subway, the food's gonna be okay, right?' It might be the most disgusting subway I've ever been there. Very surly staff that consisted of a coke can is 1.25, although the shield in the cooler clearly says 1.00. He just didn't want to accept 1,00ea. It is by far the worst of any fast food place where I was for cleanliness (or a heavy lack of cleanliness). Enamoured by the welcome sight of home, the familiar Subway sign shone like a beacon, enticing me in. Upon entering I was already acquainted with the recognisable layout and options. I selected my go-to standard steak and cheese on a honey oat bread. Upon...inspecting the salad options I noticed the iceberg lettuce wasn't so fresh, and was browning suspiciously.
