Good subway, fresh produce, freshly baked bread. The employees were nice and heated our baby food without fuss. Also were able to serve us fully in English. Quite good!

Lustig, wie diese Filiale schon immer einen Weg gefunden hat, um nicht an Aktionen teilzunehmen, die etwas günstigeres oder sogar gratis angeboten haben. Jetzt, wo die neue App verpflichtend ist, funktioniert der Scanner plötzlich nicht mehr. Hauptdache die Kasse klingelt. Eine offizielle Beschwerde an Subway ist bereits unterwegs.

Bin dorthin um ein Sub mit den beworbenen 50% Rabatt aus der neuen App abzuholen. Laut der App nimmt diese Filiale an den Angeboten der App teil. Als ich dort war, wurde mir gesagt, diese Filiale arbeitet (noch? nicht mit der neuen App. Ich musste den vollen Preis zahlen und entschuldigt hat sich auch niemand bei mir. Werbeversprechen werden hier nicht eingehalten. Außerdem war das Brot komplett durchgeweicht (schmeckte nicht wie getoastet , auf beiden Seiten offen (zu weit mit dem Messer eingeschnitten und dadurch fielen alle Zutaten raus. Als großer Subway Fan bin ich sehr enttäuscht, vor allem von der extrem fehlerhaften, neuen App.

Ich war heute um 15:30 Uhr vor der Tür. Im Internet stand, dass die Subway-Filiale um 15:30 Uhr öffnet. Ich bin reingegangen soweit so gut, doch an der Tür hat mich ein Mitarbeiter von Subway angesprochen, dass Sie noch nicht geöffnet haben und ich solle 6 Minuten warten. Dies habe ich getan, bin dann wieder um 15:40 Uhr zur Subway und diesmal war die Tür verschlossen, daraufhin habe ich wieder gewartet. Um 16:00 Uhr stand ich dann wieder vor verschlossener Tür und diesmal hat mich ein anderer Mitarbeiter von Subway ausgelacht. Echt unverschämt. Aber das kommt davon, wenn solche Unternehmen mit unqualifizierten Menschen arbeiten, nur um Personalkosten zu sparen. Sowas macht Geschäfte kaputt....
