"Not a great experience with the members of staff. Ordered food we realised there was a mistake as we ordered tuna mayo but received chicken on the baguette. We called up to advise the issue as my colleague was allergic to what was in the baguette the staff member was not helpful she did not care at all about the issue or trying to resolve the matter. We spoke to the manager she did not care either even said “come to my shop then” sounds like very threatening behaviour ? Don’t appreciate how they reacted over the phone. After telling the manager they will be reported the food standard agency she was continuously calling my phone harassing me just to shout down the phone! I had a lovely sandwich and cooking from here which was prepared quickly, but I think the ordering screens are pointless and don’t seem to speed up the process at all. Also, it means lot of annoying sound effects from this and the various other machines when you’re eating in. Service: Dine in Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Staff member Prabh is rude and makes you feel your custom is not wanted, she gave me a dirty look and refused to serve me unless ordered on app or kiosk!! Will not be coming back here again! The whole point of subway is ordering what you want and being able to watch it being made some people do not want to order at a kiosk or app!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
