"Boldly, Castle Farm collaborated with the Little Theatre's screening of "The Taste of Things" as the theme for this month's supper club. The film's exceptional portrayal of French devotion to the art of taste would have left us only dreaming of experiencing such exquisite cuisine; what a privilege it was to actually be able to indulge in it. Chef Pravin and his team at Castle Farm have crafted a explosion of flavors truly deserving of being associated with the film, which, much like apprentice Pauline, brings one to tears at the existence of such incredible tastes. Despite being seated at a table near the entrance, not my preferred spot, the location added to the evening as we could witness a culinary ballet unfolding before us. Pravin and his team moved gracefully around the small kitchen, communicating with each other with smiles and presenting each delectable dish to excited diners. There was no flashy showmanship of celebrity chefs, just a display of professionalism and tranquility."
