"Went there for dinner our first night in Paris as it was close to our hotel and were pleasantly surprised by both the wonderful food and service. The chef came to the table as well as offered free Miso soup as he had a rather lengthy conversation on the phone. We ordered both noodles and dumplings; both were great. We then went there today for lunch and had their special noodle dish with chicken. There was a sesame sauce (I think) at the bottom that just made the noodles, and meat sing. The meal was sensational. It is a local place and we went during lunch. It was very crowded with business people which tells me a lot. We will be going back before we leave Paris, at least one more time."

I've been faithful to this place, but the quality has fallen a lot. The cabbage salad was rance, the fish not so fresh as that. But this restaurant was pretty good for years.
