"The restaurant has a stunning ambiance, but unfortunately, the service and food leave much to be desired. There's a minimum spend of £350 for dinner, and even though we were willing to meet that requirement among four people, they refused to let us order extra starters, desserts, or anything else. We ended up having to reach the minimum by ordering drinks we didn't actually want. The ordering process was extremely inflexible, with limited menu options, and only one vegetarian choice that was quite disappointing. They also lacked basic cocktails, coffees, and sides, forcing us to make do with their restrictions. Our orders were mixed up, and items were brought to us that were meant for another table, which made everything feel quite disorganized. Overall, I wouldn't return, though the igloo and setting were indeed lovely."

The food was wonderful. I was expecting to be sitting outside the conservatory so it was a little bit of a let down to be outside the house, although the view was still beautiful.

We had the most memorable evening at the Syon House Igloos. The servers and staff member were friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding and so delicious and the setting was beautiful. We will definitely be returning!

Complete rip-off. The food was bland, the portions were tiny, and the igloos were damaged. I wasted £400 on terrible food that I wouldn’t even value at £20 due to how disappointing it was. I absolutely regret spending my money here. Visualizza piatti

Lunch at Syon park was lovely, the layout made you feel safe, the food was beautiful and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The only difficulty was trying to order via menu app left on the table was frustrating, but the staff were lovely and helped with the ordering.

This evening was amazing, the food was first class, better than Ive had in a restaurant for a very long time. Service good. The evening was helped by a beautiful sunset over syon house. I would highly recommend and am disappointed it was the last weekend of the igloos as I would definitely have gone again.
