Taco Bell Southampton Hanover Buildings

Food was ok like always. Second time missing bits of our order. But cleanliness of this place is below many standards…. No soap, no toilet paper, dirty toilet…

You get a lot in the vegitarian meal for 2. Much cheaper than other fast food and very nice. Forgot to add student discount even though card was shown hence only 3 stars.

Lots of lovely tacos, not enough bells. Food and service are both great, would like to have more seating. Plenty of space for tables but not enough tables to sit at. That's the only reason I dropped a star

Toilets are absolutely dire! There are not enough tables after removing them during covid restrictions. The poor staff are understaffed and have huge waits for food due to this. Drinks machine not working. Honestly, if we didn't enjoy the food we wouldn't come. The environment does not make it a pleasant experience. Bring back the tables!!!! And sort the toilets!!!

You get what you pay for, the food is always ok and as advertised, cheap and the staff are friendly enough but it’s filthy, how they pass their inspections I don’t know! You can small the toilets from outside, everything ripped, damaged, dirty, rubbish everywhere, huge queue wait for your food, they close often before advertised and the aircons broken so it’s boiling

The staff took a while to take our order, but once they did, everything went smoothly. Surprisingly, the fast food was actually served quickly and still hot, which was the best part. However, the floor and tables appeared dirty and my wife had to clean our table with paper towels. There was also a large, messy family dining in which detracted from our experience a bit. Overall, it was a decent meal out.

This restaurant provides exceptional customer service. The food is delicious and made quickly. The restaurant is well-managed, and I had a conversation with John, a manager there, who clearly understands what great customer service entails. They provide a link on the receipt for customers to leave feedback and share their experience. I can see that they take the time to read and address any concerns. I will recommend this Taco Bell location to my friends and will definitely be returning soon. 5 stars!

Food was fine. Order came out with nothing missing. So no complaints about that really. The cleanliness of the place was absolutely disgusting. Food all over the floor, tables (the very few they actually had) were dirty. The toilets were....I can't even say. But I refused to use them. There was no Napkins anywhere and we had none given with the food. Such a shame this place is going down hill like this. I remember lots of tables with seating. Napkins, Sauces were always stocked, tables and floor was clean, I like taking my kids there to eat but think thats come to and end now unfortunately. Please clean the place up!

The staff is always helpful and the restaurant is clean. Wait times are usually short and the food is consistently fresh. I highly recommend this Taco Bell location.
