Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Good was cold. This is the worst service we’ve ever had from them.

A restaurant serving up subpar food over an hour waiting times delivering wrong orders and refusing to change without charge. The place is run by schoolboys

Took over two hours for my food delivery.. rang multiple times and tried telling me they had not received my order but payment had been taken and I received conformation email. Man I as rude on the phone.

I had the worst experience trying to place an order over the phone at this restaurant. I was hesitant to share my CVV information over the phone, being new to town, but I mentioned this to the person taking my order. He was rude and told me to "go back to India." It was a clear display of racism. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.

Breaching GDPR by refusing to delete my data or stop sending me weekly text messages with discounts. Staff were incredibly rude on the phone and refused to help, I cannot believe how rude two separate staff members were on the phone. When I said about raising it further as it’s against GDPR I was told ‘go on then’ and they hung up. Will now boycott the company and submit a GDPR breach. Visualizza piatti

This restaurant is in violation of GDPR by refusing to delete my data and continuing to send me weekly text messages with discounts. The staff members I spoke with were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I mentioned that their actions were a breach of GDPR, they dismissively told me to file a complaint and hung up on me. I will not be supporting this restaurant any longer and plan to report their GDPR violation.

I asked if they were open today and the employee was very helpful. he introduced himself and informed me about the possibilities I have and quiet and collected when I spoke on the phone and offered to take me more time to think of my order and then call back. take him back and he took my order and gave me a time slot to pick up my order. the social distancing was at place and place and eating was good as advertised. very recommended tandoori night taj mahal, the name was what dressed me.

Decent food but they always take absolutely ages to deliver. Tonight was a record where after waiting over 2 hours for my food, I rang them and asked them where it was. They told me it was on its way. Fifteen minutes later they rang me back and said they can't make it because there is no driver. IT TOOK THEM 140 MINUTES, AFTER I ORDERED, TO DECIDE THEY DIDN'T HAVE A DRIVER! Won't be ordering from these absolute clowns again, suggest you save yourself the hassle too.
