Ordered food with an estimate of 30 minutes, they confirmed it would be an hour so called to cancel when they then told me it would be with me in 20 minutes but I need to pay a delivery fee that I had already paid. When it finally turned up it was pretty horrible, everything was cold and tasted like the end of the nights food it was all hard and cold. We ended up putting in the bin and ordering from dominos.

Ordered a dhansak ans a bhuna. Naans and the most horrible onion bajee I have ever seen in my life. THANKYOU TANDOORI NIGHTS FOR THE..biggest laugh that my wife and I had had this week. Curries made from the same sauce. Universal job. Nice rice but tasteless. And soggy onion bajees. The worst yet. BUT...if you pay pennies for catering staff..you may well get these results. We ..had beans on toast after. Please do take me off your e mail list. Good luck guys.

I ordered online and was quoted 18:50-19:10 but at 19:25 still no food so rung up and was told it would be another 15 minutes! Eventually got our meals at 0755 , Now iv read the reviews about the food taking a long time and sometimes not arriving at all but I also appreciate this was a Saturday night and sometimes you have to have some patience and understand this isn’t an exact science but an hour late it too much. Absolutely terrible! Placed our order at 5.05pm with an estimate of delivery at 6.15pm. At 6.30pm called up were told it will be half an hour. At 7.15pm called up and got told it’s about to leave. After complaining about the wait we have had I asked to speak to someone about reducing the bill was told there is no manager just the chef. I asked when it will be here and he asked the chef again and said it should be ready in about 20 minutes... 7.35pm!! Told them not to bother. Disgusting service Ruined our New Year’s Eve.

Phoned up ordered a delivery, there other phoned started ringing, so the fella answered it and kept me waiting whilst he took the order, then came back on the phone to me and asked for my order again, the order took over an hour to turn up, part of the order was missing, I rang up and told them what was missing , but the idiot on the phone kept telling me I hadn’t ordered it , I ended up having an argument with him, to which it was quite clear he was racist, And to top it off the food is terrible, stay well clear of this place

Have ordered a fair amount of times and has been great, have previously given a 5 star review. Today however I was shocked at what I received.The kids had the most greasy chicken nuggets and stale tasting chips I’ve ever known. Absolutely gross. Some where black like been re-fryed multiple times.The naan breads where still like raw dough and soggy, also gross. My prawn “Ceylon” was not as it should be. Was mild when is meant to be a hotter dish, bland, watery and greasy. The meal was truly terrible.I phoned up and they did not offer to replace the meal, and to be honest with 90 min wait I would not of had the time.
