"There are few restaurants on the island of Rügen that combine creativity and local cuisine at ground level as perfectly as the Taun Höft in Groß Zicker, When I read potato sausage on the map, I was once slightly confused, after a short clarification by the very attentive and friendly service I decided to do it and was totally enthusiastic, My husband chose the wild Goulash also that was perfect. We were definitely not the last time in Taun Höft!!"

"Menu only hangs as decoration. More than half of the dishes were painted on this chalkboard. What was served is TK merchandise. 2 carvings and 2 burgers incl. 4 soft drinks for €70.20. Just get the credit card receipt. Ambience goes but kitchen, service is not acceptable. Very disappointed. The store would have potential with just a little effort. I couldn't explain the good reviews. But when I go out, I saw a sign that a drink is served at showing an honest review for free."

I only evaluate the exterior appearance of the hotel, which was wonderfully adapted to the surroundings of the Bollwerk. I didn't see the guest rooms. A few winter photos of Solthus, sometimes in the snow, or all covered by roughness and only a few later in February 2013. It's always nice here. Now in summer 2014 we went to the restaurant for the first time, because we waited for the departure of our excursion ship. We sat outside on the terrace under a beautiful large umbrella and ordered us a beer and a waffle, with hot cherries, cream and a ball vanilla ice cream. With beer for Mr Schalotte everything was clear, tasty, the glass is asleep and well tempered. The waffle for me was great. Magnificent dressed, she was served to me. The record alone was huge, and that was for 4,80€, really good. The service was very fast, attentive and extremely friendly. Since we wanted to make a trip on the island of Vilm, we went through the hotel to get the tickets in the foyer. A beautiful ambience, exceptional in the whole way. I think I like a holiday here too."

"Drinks: 0 stars do not go. We had reserved places for the fish buffet and asked if it is possible to prepare something vegan for 2 guests. A vegan vegetable pan was confirmed in 2 posts. When we arrived there, this was very uneasy rejected. It would be too stressful and not possible. Besides, the two guests could eat the vegetables, that's just fried in butter...?? Questions about potatoes or pommes were also very inappropriate and rude of the cook itself. Finally, the two then ate some of the 3 salads, cucumber, red beans and that was then also calculated with about 13€ per dish! The price for the fish buffet is only 10€ above and includes fish and all supplements rich. The possibility of rejecting my request for 2 vegan portions would have saved everyone a very unpleasant evening. It was annoying that distractions, regrets or even squeezes were not possible either in service or in the kitchen, but inappropriate reactions in the tone and word choice. Unfortunately no one responded to my email after that. Then I would have stayed on this page again."
