"This is a criticism of the restaurant on site, about delivery order I can't say anything: Taverna Knossos Crete has been located in the former premises of the Frankfurter Hof restaurant since mid-2018. This makes us the only criticism. Unfortunately, the ambience is not really changed and from inside and outside it cannot always seem very welcoming. It still looks a little old-fashioned, and in summer there is no possibility to sit outside. However, who can do without show effect and façade, and instead of looking for incredibly delicious food and warm hospitality, is right here. Here you get authentic Greek-Cretic food, as it could not be more original, even on the island of Crete. The food is incredibly delicious, the Tzatziki are absolute world class, and there is also a hospitality that could not be warmer. The food is prepared absolutely fresh and tasty, and served without great ChiChi. It may happen that once a dish is no longer in stock, which is an absolute quality feature for fresh kitchen. The restaurant is an absolute recommendation for anyone who can live with little show and plenty of content. Do not let yourself be deterred from the outer and the ambience, the core values are absolute world class and you will not find any better Greeks in the surroundings. I give, especially because of hospitality and the kitchen 5 stars!!"

We really ate the first time in Germany like in a Cretan tavern. The most delicious Greek I know... and just like on holiday not always everything available, but always warm and so you can discover new favorite dishes again. Always happy To the next time

An underestimated Greek jewel. Very good meat quality, fresh Calamares, the best Taramosalata, very tasty tsatsiki with lots of garlic, grilled peperoni to recommend, to the appetizers thick grilled white bread is served. Big portions. Ouzos on the house, we still got undeniable cakes as dessert. Very natural, friendly service. Unfortunately currently a secret tip, we wish the owners more guests.
